Instructions: For adults and children aged 2 years and older:

• Rub a thick layer on the chest and throat or massage sore muscles.

• Cover with a warm, dry cloth if desired.

• Keep clothing loose around the throat/chest to allow vapors to reach the nose/mouth.

• Repeat up to three times every 24 hours or as directed by a physician. For children under 2 years, consult a doctor. Store at room temperature.
